Yellow Socks – Daily Style
Today was pretty damn awful. Just a really sucky day. Nothing major, just a whole bunch of little things that made me feel awful. And now I have to go to the gym and do a spin class and they always cane my baby making button…

Even though I’m a big fat sooky la la here is a little list of things that made me smile today…
* This couple that I saw having a cheeky pash on the way to work this morning. They were standing at the bus stop and caught me having a perve so I beeped my horn and waved at them and they waved back! It was super cute.
* My new shoes. I still find myself just gazing dreamily at them. I imagine this is what it feels like to have a child.
* Meeting the new guy at work and discovering that he looks just like Hagrid. Splendid.

It may have been a sucky old day but you looked great! I love the yellow socks and tights with the black dress. And the shoes are indeed beautiful. (OMG is that the price tag hanging from your dress? I hope you took it off before you went out!)

I can beat you if you like – yesterday I spent an hour and a half in centrelink trying to convince them to give me the dole. But then I had coffee with the gorgeous Min Mae who has asked me to contribute writing for the next Tableaux night which is happening in Smith’s bookstore so I am super excited!
