Oooh are those micropleats in the skirt bit of the dress? I chopped off the bottom of a frock to make a peplum to jolly up plain things and it is made of layers of the micropleaty stuff – mine’s a bit of a man-made horror but it is perfect and floaty and a bit ruffly. The mutton button get stabbed when I wear it I’m sure, but my inner 5 year old goth self adores it.
I adore the neckline detailing on that dress. Hey, gave you a shout out yesterday, if you want to stop by for a looksee!
