Rainy Day – Daily Style

Today was mega busy. I had to get an injection which freakin’ hurt (but I did get two jelly beans out of it) and then I went to this stretchy yoga gym class with meditation at the end. As I suspect that I have ADHD it comes as no surprise that I cannot meditate.
