I have time to bake… but NO OVEN!!!
My apartment here doesn’t have one (or space for one) and here they cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

I didn’t realise how much I missed it til now…

I can’t believe you mentioned an avocado and fetta salad. I made one just the other day and had meant to post it, but the pic’s been sitting on the computer for some time. Squeee! I’m with Nadist – awesome that you are coming to NZ for a visit Feel like we should be celebrating with cupcakes or something LOL.
I’m loathing the fact that I’ve been ill with a silly summer fever all week but loving the fact that I feel vaguel human today – hooray! Also loathing the fact that my class schedule for next year hasn’t arrived yet… I’m such a planner, I want to know already!
