Daily Style – Date Night

Daily Style – Date Night

I’m so ridiculously happy it’s the weekend! My week was great but tiring. I’m teaching a kid who has a phobia of people using computers (I’m serious…) so he belts the shit out of anyone using a computer in the classroom and my teacher assistants and I have spent all day training him not to do this. Meaning I got pinned to the floor (by said child who is very strong, very male and very seventeen years old) at twenty minute intervals throughout the whole day. I pretty much wrestled for 6 hours straight… that means I can skip the gym right?

* Dress from a shop called U Cutie off Puckle Street in Moonee Ponds. I had to cash my pay cheque (hello 1985!) and found this gem today. I like.

* Shoes from Marco Gianni in Canberra

* Coin necklace from Poppy Smaggle

* Wheelie Bin necklace from Roomy Smaggle

* Earrings from Girl Props

* Mens watch from Fossil

I’m currently waiting un-patiently while Mr Smaggle sends me updates as to how delayed his flight is going to be tonight… we are having a date. And he is running really, really late.

Love Lady Smaggle

    Sweet shoes! And the watch is so ‘spy’. (If I say ‘Agent Sarah Walker’ will you know what I mean? She’s an Aussie!) You look like you’ll be discreetly muttering into it all night as you track down your ‘mark’, ie Mr Smaggle.

    Flights were running really late coming into Melbourne tonight, my flight was over an hour late leaving Sydney. But I’m sure it was worth the wait in the end. Date nights are heaps of fun!!

    Holy cow! What a day! You definitely deserve a huge break – although, wrestling with Mr. Smaggle shouldn’t be counted out. 🙂

    Love the shoes!

    Ok. I’m crazy about black dresses… but this is my favourite EVER ensemble. Like I could run over and put it on {if we were the same size} and SERIOUSLY wear it everyday for the rest of my life.

    See you soon okay. I’ll start running now, and by the time I reach you we might just be the same size. Perfect. 😉

    Oh, and you are such a kind soul. Doing what you do. Bless. x

    Oh next time you’re in Moonee Ponds, checkout Winter Rose on Norwood Ave (Norwood Cres? The street running parallel to the train track). Divine little boutique across from the train station doing vintage-inspired dresses – she’s having a huge (40-50% off!) sale at the moment.

    This kid’s surname wouldn’t happen to be ‘Connor’ would it? (Yes, I just made a Terminator joke, I’m a bad, bad nerd :S )

    Love Nadist’s idea of you hunting down you ‘Mark’ 😀

    Aaaaaaand… really love your dress too – very chic.

    Hope you had a lovely time with Mr. Smaggle darling.

    Xx
