I’ve been doing some research into the meaning of colour for my next jewellery collection and I’ve been utterly addicted to combining the descriptions and deciphering the meaning behind the different hues.
Here is my summary –
Black
– Proud, elegant, strong, ambitious.
Red
– Energetic, powerful, determined, passionate, desirable.
Purple
– Regal, noble, luxurious, mysterious, creative, wise, magical.
Pink
– Youthful, fun, exciting, immature, childlike.
White
– Innocent, clean, pure, organised, proud, independent.
Orange
– Joyous, enthusiastic, fascinating, happy, attractive, successful.
Yellow
– Intellectual, energetic, cheerful, warm.
Green
– Harmonious, fresh, fertile, inspirational, restful and healing.
Blue
– Deep, stable, trustworthy, loyal, wise, confident, intelligent, faithful, truthful.
Grey
– Timeless, practical, solid, reasonable.
My question is… what colour are you?

I'll start! I'm grey. I'm certainly a few other things but I think I'm mostly grey. If you are having trouble ask a friend. I found it much easier to give my friends colours than myself!

Blue. Blue, blue, blue. If I could I’d paint every room in my house a different shade of blue – unfortunately, my husband is not as into this idea as I am.

I’m pink that’s been re-painted black. There are some thin spots in the black so a little pink pokes through. But mostly black.
Which is funny because I just hate pink so much!!
