After visiting Puckle St to go to the bank and run a few errands I treated my sore back (pulled in yoga yesterday, that’ll teach me to take a month off!) with a leisurely swim and some time in the steam room. Now, off to have dinner at my favourite restaurant.

I've been feeling a bit sluggish – how is the detox going? Torturous? Awesome? I am thinking I need to do something similar. I'd like to hear about it in all it's gloriuos and gross detail… 🙂

If I do a detox will my legs look as amazing as yours? They are so white at the moment that I'm afraid to get them out lest I blind passing motorists and cause an accident.
I am giving up coffee, and it is hell. I'm exhausted, headachey… total disaster. I'm down to one cup a day. God help me! -
Love the necklace and the sultry expression… I too feel your detox pain although I don't drink coffee. Mine is no wine during the week – I usually last about 2 days before girly drinks has me back at square one… Good luck!
