Lady loves…
* Natural yogurt. With a vengeance.
* Cedel Hairspray. It’s so chemical-y and hardcore.
* Dexter. Nay sayers be damned, it’s bloody good fun. Pun intended.
* Staying right next door to a laudrette/liquor shop/general store. I have everything my heart desires a few metres from my front door. It’s like Disneyland only lamer.
* Running. I had to cancel my gym membership because I’m transient at the moment. Early morning runs are totally rocking my world.
* Afternoon chats with Mr Smaggle. And morning and evening and lunchtime ones too.
* New shape-wear. I’m like neutered Barbie doll. I love it.
* Beer. I’ve dabbled in the odd Pure Blonde recently and I have to say it’s quite the win on a muggy Melbourne evening.
* Having almost finished my Christmas shopping.
* Light Green Iced Tea. With a glass full of ice.
Lady loathes…
* Running making me insatiably ravenous. I cannot eat enough food on days that I run.
* Living out of suitcases. I’ve been wearing only the top layer of clothes for a week and I seem to have misplaced a good deal of my underwear. Virgo head explosion.
* Being surrounded by chocolate for the entire month of December. My will power checks out by the tenth.

Oh and can I ask you for a massive favour? My dear friends Dave and Ted are getting married next year and it’s a very special wedding because just two years ago the three of us were bridesmaids for another friends wedding! Anyway she is in a competition over at Polka Dot Bride to win the wedding dress of her dreams so would you mind being a sugar plum fairy and visiting the competition post and voting for number 12 the one with the poem? I voted. It wasn’t hard when I saw the John Donne poem – his poem ‘The Sun Rising’ is just the most beautiful piece of writing. Almost impossible to believe it was written nearly 400 years ago. Good luck Ted, major props for your taste in poetry! I think you have a good friend in Lady Smaggle, too.
