Today I went for a rather pathetic and hay fever affected run. This afternoon I’m off to have a glass of wine with an old friend and then it’s dinner at the Smaggle’s house.

* Earrings from Tae Schmeisser (these JUST arrived today. I’m in love.)

Here is a little peek at my christmas wrapping this year. I’m getting quite environmentally conscious in my old age and the wastage of wrapping at christmas time really bugs me, but I can’t quite manage to kick the wrapping habit. So this year my theme was ‘Environmental Chic’ and I gave myself a rule that I was only to wrap my presents in paper and trimmings that I found in my own house. Well, Mr Smaggle’s house to be precise. Hence this year my gifts are wrapped in patchwork Vogue editorials and striped electrical tape.

There are so many other things you can use like brown paper, aluminium foil, newspaper, string, ribbon, old stockings… the list is endless. The main idea is not to buy anything new. Pass this on and let’s see if we make this Christmas a little greener!
