I won’t assume you’ve read Hyperbole and a Half but if you haven’t you’re a freak. This one is the story of my life. Oh and an interesting fact that you may not know, ‘hyperbole’ is pronounced ‘hi-per-bowl-lee’ not ‘hyper-bowl’ as I have been saying for a good fifteen years.

We have “Baby Monkey” on cue at work at all times, because you never know when you’re going to need it.

Mr Smaggle and I spend all day trying to make each other watch it. I’ll send him a link saying it’s a hotel booking confirmation and he’ll open it and I’ll hear ‘Baby monkey, baby monkey!’. Priceless.

I always pronounced hyperbole incorrectly as well! I’m not alone! Although I do still feel dirty about it. Meanwhile, she is an awesome illustrator – her dog pictures are delightful

I LOVE Hyperbole And A Half! I have spent (wasted?) many hours guffawing at it since I discovered it. My personal favourite is the God Of Cake post. I came within seconds of wetting my pants with laughter. Sad but true.
