can’t stand candy canes. I’d have to be so sugar-despo to eat one, however if you do something fancy with candy canes like crush them up and put them in a slice I am ALL OVER THAT SHIT. There’s always left over Candy Canes after Chrissy so I went all pinterest crazy looking up recipes so I can figure out what to do with them…

I don’t eat them. I used to put them on the tree, but sometimes it is so hot and humid that they go all sticky and drippy, making a yucky mess on the floor and the pressies. Then the dogs start hanging around the tree to lick up all the sugary puddles. Also what it is with all the multi-coloured candy canes? Pink and white people! That is all.x

Pink and white? Surely you mean red? I have been looking at them wrong all this time? I can cope with eating the occasional candy cane but I want it to not be mint flavoured… a nice fruity other kind of flavour is fine by me!

I buy them to give to my students but now I kind of wish I’d kept some for myself. Everything here looks totally delicious especially the candy cane fudge. I think my waistline just had a lucky escape!
