Snacking is a weakness of mine. lately I’ve kept berries around the house so that I don’t go for the sugary stuff.

Fruit with the nuts works for me. And if is one of those days I have some bread on me I have a piece of toast with peanut butter on it.

All great options, though I would say be careful with the low-fat yoghurt, they’re generally packed full of sugar. At least, the ones here are.
I like to chomp down on some pink lady apple wedges shmeared with soft cheese wedges. It sounds a little odd if you haven’t had it before, but it’s SO good.

  6. I love a little plate of bell peppers and ranch dip.
Or a cucumber sliced with a little salt and pepper.
I also love, love, love Greek yogurt with honey or fruit and granola,
as well as coconut milk yogurt!
