Hot Cross Bun French Toast

Serves: 4
- Thinly cut hot cross buns into ‘slices’.
- Whisk egg, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dip hot cross bun slices into the egg mixture, sprinkle with caster sugar and then fry on each side in a fry pan until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt.
