Hot Cross Bun French Toast

What You Need
What You Do
  1. Thinly cut hot cross buns into ‘slices’.
  2. Whisk egg, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Dip hot cross bun slices into the egg mixture, sprinkle with caster sugar and then fry on each side in a fry pan until golden brown.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt.
