I am a little slow on the uptake in the blogging world as far as long socks are concerned but how cool is this girl I found on Stylesightings? How does she wear over the knee socks without looking like she should be bent over someone’s knee getting a thorough spanking? I was cruising through American Apparel this morning and I found some opaque over the knee stockings that I am planning on purchasing until I manage to find some lovely soft cotton grey ones that will sit a little wrinkly when I wear them. I am hoping I can pull this of with Lolita-esque ease and not end up looking like Jordan dressed as
Alice in Wonderland. Or hopefully look as classy as this lass…

Yes – she looked really great, huh? I’m very into all manner of tights and socks this fall. So chic. She told me she got her socks at Express – FYI. Not somewhere I usually think of as chic, but as usual, it’s all in the way you wear it. x eddie
